What geographical locations does Hanumannte Exports ship to?
We export to over 45 countries worldwide, covering major commercial ports in North America (USA, Canada), Western Europe (Germany, UK, France, Netherlands), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), and South-East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia). Check our Global Presence page for key ports.
How do you ensure the quality of agricultural shipments?
All our agricultural products undergo rigorous inspection. We cooperate with leading independent auditing houses like SGS and Bureau Veritas to perform pre-shipment inspections at the port of loading. For spices and rice, we test for moisture content, aflatoxin, heavy metals, and pesticide residues in accordance with importing countries' food safety authorities.
What are your standard commercial payment terms?
Our standard terms are Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or telegraphic transfer (T/T) with a 30% advance deposit and 70% payable against scanned copies of the Bill of Lading. For long-term established clients, we also evaluate open-account credit terms based on trade volume.
Can you provide private labeling or custom packaging?
Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM and Private Labeling services. We can customize the product packaging material (Jute bags, non-woven bags, multi-layered plastic packs, or corrugated boxes) and print your specific brand logo, nutritional panels, barcode, and language translations matching your target retail guidelines.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for shipping?
For sea freight, our standard MOQ is one 20-foot Full Container Load (FCL), which averages between 15 to 20 Metric Tons depending on the weight density of the product (e.g. Spices vs. Rice). For highly specialized polymers or consumer goods, we can evaluate partial shipments (LCL) or custom trial orders.
